Mindful tips.
Hope you all are having a good week?
Don’t ask why I’m up at this hour. Thinking about creative write-ups can be time-consuming. You will never believe how many times I wrote this post and had to thrash it simply because I got stuck.
Nevertheless, I was more determined today.
Last week was one of my most trying weeks as I was literally in tears before I left the office. Will I say my head is getting better? yes, it is.
So less about me and more about you all. Are you all ok?
I know we’re all dealing with diverse issues. Some of us have mastered the art of taking it in our stride and some have learned to mask it away beneath other activities. The remaining percentage find themselves at a standstill – unable to cope and entirely burdened.
Whichever way is your coping mechanism, it’s imperative to note that we all are born different and are uniquely created.
“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made…..and that my soul knoweth right well” Psalm 139 v 14
Nonetheless, I’ve realized that sometimes when I mask away problems they have a way of resurfacing. A time definitely comes when I find myself overburdened by its weight.
I could either share with someone I trust OR proffer a long-lasting solution, by going into my closet and venting my frustrations to Jehovah.
The essence of this is that it keeps our hearts lighter and stops bitterness, doubt, and its attendant attributes from creeping into our souls. A soul open before God is less likely to doubt his goodness but a soul with pockets of issues and problems (covered up with activities) will one day yell in disappointment.
Talk to you all soon.
