Tranquil that can’t be shared.
Recently, I stumbled on a Facebook page strictly for life quotes. It’s called ‘Life Mello’. Reading some of the quotes shared on my news feed of late, seem to get me.
I’ll briefly share one of such quotes that got me thinking but before I do so, let me give a brief background.
On many occasions, if one has a peaceful life, they tend to question out loud if they’re doing everything right. One of such questions could be, why there seems to be so much tranquility in their circle. This sometimes keeps them longing for a bit of activity. Unbeknownst to them that the “peace” they experience is what other individuals wish they could bask in.
Living a life full of constant activity can be draining. It has a way of building up stress and dulling the sparkle we all have. The quote I’m about to share emphasizes the importance of tranquility. It goes thus;
“Some people don’t understand that sitting in your own house, in peace, eating snacks, and minding your own business is priceless”.
When I read this quote, my mindset about the way I viewed different lifestyles changed. It made me understand that sometimes when one’s life is full of quiet solitude, it needs to be basked in and valued as a priceless attribute.
That being said, I’m guessing your one question for me is, why the instrumental version of my song isn’t available for streaming?
This same question was the one question I had for the music distributor. Apparently, instrumentals are not distributed. For an instrumental to be promoted it must be amongst a list of several songs/tracks that form an album. In my case, I had one instrumental with a song version. I hope you get the picture.
If I had access to this information when my album was being produced, I most probably would have gone farther than I did.
Talk to you soon, bye.
